Are you ready to have the US Government decide your medical fate?

Be careful what you wish for with socialized medicine. Nothing like the government saying you can't get an operation your doctor says you need. If you think this is unthinkable, what would stop the only health insurance provider in the country from denying you coverage as they see fit?

For those that point to Europe's system, I point to the fact their tort law system differs from ours and you don't have lawsuits against doctors like you do here.

Socialized medicine is EVIL. It prevents people from accessing the best care that could be provided, in the shortest amount of time.

There isn't a single nationalized health care system in the world that isn't in financial trouble, that doesn't have long waiting lists, and that doesn't have a shortage of qualified healthcare professionals.

No informed, rational and moral person would ever wish socialized medicine on his countrymen, or on himself.

However, there are a good many people out there of the sort who'd happily eat sawdust, as long as nobody were allowed to eat steak. And they're going to vote for Hillary in 2008.

That's why I hope that everyone in America can be educated about the REAL tragedy that is inherent in all socialized healthcare systems. A good place to start is with the videos at these links.

I don't think people understand!!! When they want to increase the life of many people, they turn to government!!!! The worst mistake one can make! You have to force humans into competitive markets. Politics are too easily corrupted and if you notice, the people who plead for more social government intervention are the same people who have never picked up a book on economics!!! The quality of government help is autorocious and at the same time the competitive free market has been known to build the best efficiencies ever created! The private sector builds and the government pulls down! I am not saying that people like Hillary are evil, I am just saying they are brainwashed into thinking that the government will be the end all solution to the worlds problems!!! This is not and never will be viable! Instead of people preaching government intervention they should be educating the children to be self responsible, helping them understand economic freedom, and also leading by example! If people stopped and researched the goods and bads of over subsidization, we would have no economic liberals! You cannot overpay for goods and services and expect more technological and medicinal advances! Socialism doesn't work and every nation that goes through this process has paid more dearly than those who have not! America is not on free market healthcare anymore! This is one of the reasons why 35% of people can't afford insurance! It's not that there is too little government, but that there is too much government already! This double headed snake has to be tackled at the root! The addition of branches just makes it strong reducing the hope and strength the people have! I truly believe and would die to make the world a better place. The funny thing is, we shouldn't have to die for it! Human nature builds the best worlds, fighting this nature is actually fighting human nature! As long as conservatives and liberals thirst for control of others, we will never be able to have the best lives! It is sad but true! Competitve markets, not high taxes and big government build the greatest nations, highest average life expectancy, lowest amounts of child labor, lowest unemployment, more goods and services, better efficiency, lower adult literacy rates, lower infant death rates, as well as the greatest growth of income per capita! The problem is nobody ever researches these things! They always look at a politician and do whatever they say should be done! There is a reason that America doesn't have France's debt and 10.2% unemployment rate. There are reasons why France and Sweden's healthcare are starting to decrease in services rendered! There are reasons why Cuba, Venezuela, Africa, and many other socialist type countries are beginning to decrease in almost every category addressed above! Without knowledge these people are left to opinions, bad opinions. When I reject a government intervention they look at me as a devil even though I know I am doing the best thing for the future of society! It is sad to know that people are so bad that we can't even count on government! Many European countries were very rich before becoming socialist and now they are being drained more and more everyday! The downfall of society is not because of greedy people in the private sector, it is because of uneducated voters that pick a side without research! This cycle of life will never stop and there is nothing the few educated people can do to stop it! World socialism is beginning and it will cause more deaths than communism's 100 million murders! The broken window fallacy is applied in almost every case in this example but many will disregard it! It is sad that so many people care, but that very few of those people understand the best way to help! Teach self reliability to your children, help them understand philanthropy! Help them understand why human nature needs to be placed into competitive markets and why governments destroy growth and prosperity, especially for the poor! Help them understand the truth and lies from the politicians words! It is sad but in todays world, many people do not understand how things just have to be! Heaven on earth is not attainable! Never will be! Economic freedom such as Hong Kong will be exactly what is needed to spread religion peacefully as well as giving the best lives possible to the most people! The nations largest health care company with over 25 million members.
Who is William Henry Trotter Bush?
He's the president's uncle who serves on the board of directors of Wellpoint, and a principle of Bush O'Donnel. They are taking over the health care business in the United States.
If you think having your medical fate decided by the former members of the government who have already hijacked religion and conservatism, is better, good luck to you.

I don't think you really understand what is happening to this country. Think outside of the box and look for the worst in your government, you won't be disappointed.

Bush O'Donnel is located in St. Louis, going back to the days when Herbert Walker was a St. Louis stock broker who went into business with W.A. Harriman, Robert Lovett and Prescott Bush.
Harriman of course was the son of the Railroad titan who won control of the Union Pacific railroad from J.P. Morgan. Stuyvessant Fish, son of Hamilton Fish who served with Abraham Lincoln served on the board of Union Pacific. Also they were descendants of the Fish family that went back to the founding of this country. Hamilton Fish was named after the friend of his father, Alexander Hamilton.
Lovett was secretary of War and a parter of Prescott Bush.

The government has already decided the medical fate of millions of Americans by teaming with the hospitals, AMA and pharma giants to keep any sort of national health care off the table.

We are the only major country in the world without any sort of medical safety net for all citizens.

Well I am on Medicare & my HMO is dropping a very good hospital chain over money in my area They will drop Medicare in the end the HMO that is so the government will decide my fate Medicare is government controlled & also covers the disabled no cigar for me

I think I may be the only person in the world that could care less about health care. I haven't had health care since I was 18 and I am not planning on ever paying for it. I personally think our medical proffesion is a joke which is a different topic altogether. So I am also not for socialized health care because I don't care to pay for any of it.

Most of europe has socialized health care, europe also has a higher life expectancy. The government shouldn't be allowed to deny health care to anyone and that would solve the problem. You think a millionare ceo of some insurance co. is gonna do better? not like he has to be up for reelection.

btw i went to the hospital before and was told to go home and get proof of insurance before theyd see me.

This country is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE COMMUNIST! Why are we letting all these socialist liberals p*ss upon the constitution and the intentions of our founding fathers? Go to Canada or France if you want socialized medicine. Go to Venezuela if you want to be part of a super-socialist state (sounds like fatty chavez is well on his way down there)!
