No. Only 1 exception.

Wages paid to a service member who is in a combat zone are exempt from fedeal Income tax.
Govt employees MAY be exempt if they are in a hostile area.

So sorry to have to inform you but all of these have to pay income taxes under the same rules as the rest of us.
