No to all of it. Eyes are based on genes, and if someone is trying to sell a pill stating that it will change the baby's eye color they are full of it. There are also no pills to take to prevent the baby from smoke because it restricts the blood vessels to the placenta, which is how the baby gets their nutrients.

No, I have heard of nothing that changes eye color. Why would anyone want to anyways? Jeez.
And as for something that "prevents" drugs from harming a baby....what a ridiculous idea. Anyone that does drugs while they are pregnant deserves to be shot. If you don't want to quit doing drugs to give your child a fair shot at life, then don't get pregnant, plain and simple. Just because there are loser drug users out there who are a terrible waste of space, doesn't mean that they have to subject an innoncent child to that.
Not going off on anyone in particular, just anyone who thinks they can use drugs while pregnant. Friggin' morons.

there is nothing you can take that will directly affect the color of a baby's eyes.
the color of the eyes is either gray/blue on birth, to change later to their real color, or it's already their real color. the color of a baby's eyes is determined by whichever gene is more dominant from the two that it has for eye color. each of these two genes comes from the different parents. no pill can change the gene.
there is nothing that you can take that will protect the baby from the ill effects of smoking, pot or otherwise. many children may seem to come out fine, but it is still taking a risk on the child.

Um NO, NO & NO!
Why would you want to change what your baby looks like??
Corcasian baby's have blue/grey eyes when born,
Asian & African Americans have brown!
These start to change from about six months if they are going to!
While smoking is harmful to bubs it is better to cut right back than to quit all together as the stress on your body is not good for bubs! As for weed & other drugs I would say the same applies but I would give them up!!!!

No and no.
The colour of a baby's eyes is genetic. Nothing can change it once the baby is conceived.
No there are no magic pills you can take that will protect an unborn baby from its mother's recreational drug abuse.
