People suggest cocoa butter and vitamin E. I'm sure both will help as the one is a serious moisturiser and the second moisturises as well as helps the skins ability to repair itself.
All that said they will diminish A LOT with time.
I'm 31 now. During puberty I, er, grew in the places that girls grow. I didn't even notice the stretch marks until they were only barely visible. Now even I have to look for them to find them.
In my twenties I gained some weight then lost it a few years later. I noticed those stretch marks. Big and red and ugly.
It's certainly taken longer for them to fade. I am older and my skin less resilient, but they are almost unnoticeable. Ok, so giant white lines of imperfection to me, but we are our worst critics. Still, they are very obviously heading to the realm of ever so vague shadows of what might have been stretch marks like my pubescent reminders.
You can't do harm with cocoa butter and vit. E and they really do wonders for your skin overall. Maybe they help with stretch marks, maybe not. I didn't use either when I was 12 and have ever since I first noticed those ugly red marks in my 20s. Either way time and good health will take care of them.

My wife was plagued with those awfull stretch marks from having a baby then loosing weight..and a really nice woman who works in the health field told her about using Vitamin E jelly to get rig of those ugly strech marks..they didn't bother me at all .i love her just the way she is but it REALLY got to her..she bought this Vitamin E jelly .it has to be the jelly not just the hand cream with vitamin e.it almost looks like vaseline..apply it all the time.and i mean ALL THE TIME in a few weeks or even days you will start to see them go away..good luck my dear.

depends on the severity - if they are really severe, you'll need a silicone pad/cream. If they are not so bad (pinkish, or faint) you can try just using the lotions that are made special for stretch marks. Cocoa butter, Shea butter, and vitamin E are really good for improving the overall appearance of them.

they will never go away, but they will fade in time. Use what the first poster said to fade them. But seriously they wont go away so don't get your hopes up. After time they will turn flesh colour and a bit shiny and i bit bump, just like a scar. Because at the end of the day that what it is, a scar.
