Unfortunately I would have to say that you are considered white-Asian.
Your country was part of the old RUSSIA, therefore everyone there must be considered white.
I said unfortunate because ethnicity does not represent anything anymore in this world. To me you are Kazakhstanese. And you should be proud of it.
