My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 2 yrs now and the topic of us getting married has been brought up several times by him. Recently he has told me that he has been talking to one of his old buddies who has just moved back stateside. I was comfortable with him talking to her, they talk about once a month. Just recently I asked him what their last conversation was about(I was curious) and he said that he asked her "Were just friends right?" I asked why would you need to ask her that if she already knew? He really did not have a straight answer. I felt that there was more being discussed then what he was telling me. (He also had told me that he had once thought of her as attractive, I don't feel those feelings ever really change) he said not to worry, its no big deal. Is he trying to make me feel insecure, so that I will committ to him with an engagement ring, which he is alwasy wanting me to wear?

It's possible that he's causing a guilt trip. He could have been honest though. Why don't you ask him in a nice way if you really want to know what his intentions were. n

you should not burden yourself with all this problems of the heart. if you have to go through all these problems then its just going to go sour later on..and then you will feel the worse that you wasted all this time and energy on something thats not right for you..but i guess you will just have to learn the hard way.
