well, I would say to buy babolat, K-swiss ir adidas shoes. For you k-swiss, because they offer the cheapest tennis shoes out of those. However I don't think that there are any new tennis specialist shoes new for less than $20.00, let alone any new shoes. The cheapest shoes I know of are dunlop volleys, they cost $30 AUD. they could be used as tennis shoes.

Addidas would probaly be the best they are around 50 $ but they last me about 2 months and I play tennis 3 hours every day.

For that price, your best bet is to see if you can find something on ebay. As for brands, nike, adidas, diadora, and wilson all make good shoes for the sport.

There are some good deals to be found at the following sites, but maybe not in the price range you are looking for.

i would suggest LOTTO the shoes range from 750 to 1500.
