If you tell her that she'll be turned off by religion and maybe to rebel will have sex. Would it be any better if she had protected sex? I mean the way you phrased your question made me wonder why you added "unprotected"? If the issue is being underage and having sex there are lots and lots of ways to talk to her about it without using the burning in hell argument which she'll never listen to anyway. Kids rebel because they are trying to learn to think for themselves. You can give her an opportunity to think for herself by presenting some information that SHE can think about and make her own choice. If you've taught her about the things you believe you may be surprised that she makes a pretty thoughtful choice but let HER make a choice about something or you get a rebellious teen.
She may not know about STD's, AIDS, or how very easy it is to ge pregnant. She needs that information and I know many Christians think if kids know too much they'll just use the information to go have sex. But there is much she needs to realize about how sex isn't just all for fun and can change her life forever if she gets some disease that makes her unable to have children someday. She needs to know that a bad choice like that now could mean no choices in the future. A little fear about sex couldn't hurt because it seems kids think all their friends are doing it so they do it too. Not a good reason in my mind. She needs to know oral sex IS sex which most teens now don't agree with! I know it's scary to tell her these things but it could save her (and you) some major problems in the future and believe me, whatever happens now if you have this kind of talk with her she'll thank you in a few years.

First of all a kid does not think about "life after death" they think they are immortal. Second of all I doubt there is a hell and if there is, do you think she will be put in with all the killers? Third of all the real question should be WHY is she wanting to have sex at her age anyway? Is she seeking someone to love her because her home life sucks? Fourth of all, no matter what you say she will just think you just don't want her to have fun.
The only way to attack this problem is to give her birth control and tell her to use a rubber. Even if she catches an STD it won't be your problem, she will be the one to contend with it. At least she won't be bringing home any baby.

Do you actually believe that she is going to burn in hell for unprotected sex? That makes no sense. What if it was protected sex? Does that make it better for you? If it does put her on birth control. If not, tell her that her *** will be burning cause of all the crabs and stuff that could be running around her "stuff".

lol well thats not how, if its only protection your worried about the way to go these days is to get over your own insecurities and tell her why u feel this way, the real reason is not she will burn in hell, its you will, by worrying about her health and future. tell her that her body is gods greatest gift and if she chooses to give that away then you want her to be healthy, theres no way to stop someone from having sex if they want to do it.
make sure she knows about condoms and birth control. even if u have to write to her in an email. the best thing is to let her know u are against it. but if she needs birth control. its there and thats better than the consequesnces

Tell her the outcomes of unprotected sex and let her know that an ounce of prevention is a pound of cure.
And why is she thinking about this at such a young age? Daddie-O, I want you to take away her phone priviledges and ground her for a month. Tell her to save her virginity with one that she loves and he who will respect her. Set boundaries and don't be such a wuss about it. Lecture.Lecture.Lecture.

Tell her it's reckless.
Explain to her that you were once a teenage male once, and as you live and breathe, you are SURE that teenage boys can have a great deal of pleasure even when they wear a condom.
Just keep the religious nonsense out of it.

Read her some bible stories. Then tell her all about hell and if she doesn't stop that is where she will be going.
