First of all, you have to design it using a graphic software or simply using the cover designer that comes with Nero burning software, then you should have a color printer with a reasonably good quality to print your design.

it depends on your equipment,if you have a scanner then just scan the the case and print it if not then you can go to cdcovers.cc to find the case cover and download it and then print it
