When I was in college (late 90s) I had an appliance that would cook potatoes, bake them (it was a stand alone electric thing, like a sandwhich maker etc) but I cant remember which company made it or what it was called, and I wouldnt mind having one again

So does anyone still have one of these or remember what it was called?

Thanks
JC

No, it wasnt a microwave and no I didnt have to use the stovetop, it was a stand alone machine, like a hot dog steamer or rice cooker....

Rest assured ...A toaster oven small will do excellent at turning potato brown, golden and beautiful. I have not seen that item around in Catalogs now but yes I know they once were.
