Food. Water. Substrate they can dig or burrow in. A hide. Lots of stuff to climb (branches, vines). Some rocks to anchor the bottoms of the branches. And a tank cover to keep them where they belong.

They like rocky and forest areas so branches and a hideout made from rocks would be good, and some fake plants.
