My cousin has an interview for pharmacy in a week. One of the popular questions at the interview is "what are the negative aspects of pharmacy" When I first heard this question, I didn't know how to answer it. Since its an interview, we can't say something very negative else the interviewer might ask why she even chose to pursue pharmacy then. So the answer has to be something negative about pharmacy but not too negative so the interviewer doens't say why you even wnat to be a pharmacist then.

well my experiece having to deal with pharmacies... I would have to say lack of qualified individuals to fill needed positions. with the laws that require a certain pharmicist to tech ratio and the fact that in some parts of the country there is a lack of pharmacists, well, the pharmacists that are there can be very overworked. We have had that issue at 2 retail companies that Ihave worked for, and in multiple locations within this state for both companies.

Sounds like if you answer "pharmaceutical companies and etc are only greed mongers who arent in it to help people but only to make millions" you won't get the job. So to me it sounds like theyre looking for people who live in denial and regardless of who those drugs kill or hurt they'll just keep on selling them anyways...

I couldn't, in good conscience, answer that question and yet sleep at night, sorry!
