I am applying for a police support tech, for which your company is in need of.

I attended 1 1/2 years in college and have worked as a security guard for 10 years. My recent work involved screen vehicle traffic around port entrances, verifying that all persons allowed entry have proper identification, assists with reports, maintain required logs which will include truck activity, visitors, vessel movements, and radio traffic. I also participated and conducted crime prevention activities and conducted vehicle traffic control when needed. Keeping alert for any emergency or unusual incidents occurring on or around the port has been my utmost priority and responsibility.

...good luck!

I am required to keep logs of truck activity, visitor entry, vessel movements, and radio traffic.I must also be alert and aware of all activities around the port in case of an emergency where I may have to assist in crime prevention, I participate in vehicle traffic control and identification of anyone entering the port.

(don't really know the job, but just keep it simple, i.e. crime prevention can be used to describe all security related. Keep it short and simple, it seems pretty redundant. Make sure your grammar is correct, there are a lot of mistakes in your question. Good Luck)

If this is for a resume, you wouldn't use your duties as a selling point. You would use your accomplishments.

"Monitored traffic and screened visitors in or around the port, accurately documented activity and movement of vessels, and ensured the safest environment for all personnel and visitors."

Sounds like you already summerized it. If you are putting that on a resume, make sure you use spell check because you are a terrible speller.
