Why does Bravo overdub so much on project runway/top chef/top design?

They do it with each show, so its not like heidi klum is flubbing lines. its always during the host's time to explain the rules and mission with the contestants.

I agree with the first answerer it is annoying. I think that they have suceeded at being annoying, and I am a fan, maybe we should bombard them with annoying emails and snail mail to see how they like it.
