How can you change the format on an existing table in Excel to show date/month/year instead of month/date/year? Microsoft is based on the USA style of month/date/year while the rest of the world uses date/month/year.

have you tried this?

Right click the cell, then you choose format cell, then an option will appear try to choose the number tab. On the left corner you choose date then a number of format will appear you just have to choose one.

However if your desired format is not available you may choose custom and there you can give your suggested format..

Hope I helped
