what can i wear,do and and stuff


I'm running the 100 meder and 400 meder and relay.

Hopefully you have had good productive practices, where you have worked on speed, technique, blocks etc. Telling you this today isn't going to do much if you haven't done the base work.
Make sure you have a good warm up enough time before your race, including stretching, practice runs and relay exchange practices, After your warm up for the 100m do some flying starts, rolling runs, and starts out of the blocks. also take a look at the starter and see his tendencies, is he a quick gun, a holder or what? stay warm and find a quiet spot just before being called to the start to reflect and get your nerves in control.
During the race, remember your technique, stay loose and don't worry, racing is mental and physical, run your own race, think only about your lane,always run through the finish line,
In the relay keep your exchanges clean and I don't know which position you're runnng make sure to accelerate hard into the corners1st & 3rd, 2nd & 4th accelerate hard out of the corner.

wear something that your comfortable in such as shorts and a shirt.

have protein and carbohydrates.
eat a good breakfast or eat 1 hr or 2 b4 you run.

sleep early..load on carb in the morning
