The liberal Socialists want to villify and prosecute them for doing their job. Don't believe a word of the recent false charges that have emerged, and stand behind our troops who are being victimized by this political correctness!

In addition, ferrot out the liberal Socialist scum who are perpetrating these false accusations, and throw THEM into jail, themselves!

No and neither is any other country allowed to do so.
We understand that the US troops have a name for themselves shoot first ask questions later.
But hey who said it was allowed to Gang rape - Slaughter -
Gas - Shoot victims in any country at will.
Thats happening in Africa - Iran - India etc you name it.
So who has the right to point the finger at any one country.

Not officially. But there's little in the way of law enforcement to stop such things from happening, and it's too difficult to differentiate between intentional and unintentional killing. Even so, any such killing could easily be justified, and there is little to no accountability.

A person would have to be extremely dumb to get caught engaging in "thrill killing".

Is it happening? I don't know. It HAS happened, but I can't say if it's happening still or not.

I think that they are just supposed to shoot in self defense, to get a target and/or some one that is suspicious. Not plain normal civilians otherwise they can face martial court.
