A month ago, I hit my head and got a concussion. I felt really bad for a week. Then it slowly started to go away. Four days ago, I started feeling sick, like I had felt with the concussion: Headache, light headed, nausa. The only thing that hasn't returned is my memory loss, I wasn't remembering things clearly back then but I'm not having a problem with that currently. Can a concussion return? I was good for about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. Could this be something else? Should I have it checked out or wait? ANY knowledge anyone has would be great!

You should definately go to the ER and get checked out. Sometimes it takes longer to see if you have a bleed in your brain or something like it. It could be nothing, but you don't want to take the risk. You should be feeling completely better by now and since you aren't, you need to go back to the doctor.
