the buttons are soft edge rather than hard, the original is has sharp stitchings which makes it more luminescent, and the alligator on the fake ones have less detail on them than the real ones ie-the teeth, eyes, etc

The logo is on the left side and it's a little higher the a regular polo. And the texture and the quality of the fabric. Also the price.

I suggest to a store that does sell Lacoste Polo's and dive in touch the fabric; and you'll automatically tell the difference.

simply , the place of the logo , cuz they place it a bit higher or lower , and then the quality of the material , and the most important , the source , its where u buy it from ? , its that simple!! .

the quality of the material.if its fake, its usually a cheaper material they used....maybe a thinner kind of material.and where you bought it.if you bought it at like a flea market, then ya its fake!
