There has been a big scandal about this here in the U.K even Tony Blair has been questioned by the police for 'Cash for Honours' inquiry, were people have given a 'loan' to the Labour Government for Honours to be made into a Lord or Sir. I think Tony Blair has been questioned twice on the matter. I do believe what has been happening is a criminal offence. please Google key words Tony Blair cash for honours, and read up about it.

you have to make a lot of money for the country and pay a lot of taxes ,as a business man ,artist , Actor or save some royals life i guess or be a hero on the battlefield
