Um.... it's an unfortunate work-place hazard?

in most cases it is a crock, just someone trying to get something for nothing by using the system against others that they wouldn't normally be able to get beyond and pushing their puritanical views over everyone else. we know of a guy who was charged with sexual harassment in the work place because he told a sexual oriented joke to a few friends in a private office and the claimant walked by the door just as the punch line was given and claimed she was offended. FYI, the person telling the joke was male and the persons being told the joke was a male and a female and she was not offended and thought the joke was funny. it has become far too easy in society today to just claim "I was offended" and get away with it.

It's not taken seriously enough in the workplace or anywhere else. It's belittling and uncomfortable being on the receiving end, and too many people think it's just a joke.

I'm against it. I think people shouldn't do it.

I guess I misunderstand the question. Isn't EVERYONE against it? So maybe you mean something else?

I'm all for it. If I owned a business I would encourage it.

It's bad? And it also doesn't deserve quotes- it's a real problem.
