I have all the territories except for two. One is the yellow territory which is the mexicans, which is los santos I believe and there are slim to no mexicans there. I tried shooting everyone in sight and still no wars to start...anyone can help please do.. I just heard something about the minigame about Hotcoffee...how do you get to that for ps2. I just completed the job of "just business".

Hot Coffee is mature code in the game that was hidden because Rockstar did not want in the game because it gave the game an adults only rating. It is accessible through a mod.

shoot cars which has the vagos gang member in it, wait for him to come out and dont shoot him, try to wait until there is enough gang member to start a war...
there is no hot coffee in the ps2, there is just coffee (the part where your girlfriend invites you in her house for coffee)
