Chris Jericho definately. Randy Orton is a scumbag whom I cannot stand. He struts around like he cannot be touched and quite frankly, I have never seen anything really miraculous come from him. At least Jericho had humor working on his side. He was always personality and performance, unlike Orton.

In terms of in ring ability and mic work Jericho was superior to Randy Orton. Orton has the size advantage. If both were still working I'd choose Chris over Randy.

Chris Jericho and Ill tell you why. Chris is able to get over well as both a face and a heel. During Orton's face run people lost interest in him real fast because he was just too boring as a face.
Oh and Jericho is a better technical wrestler too.

Chris Jericho, he one of those good superpower who withstand against the rock, triple h, undertaker, and other legends. Ryan Orton can kill legend but recently he started to lose to some scrubs and that depressing.
