Eating, I imagine it is in the lower chest area. Drinking, near the bottom of it's neck, toward it's back.

The center of gravity is probably somewhere in the stars when it eats from a tall tree and it falls off from the top of its head when it bends to take water from a pond. ;)

Look at the girrafe, the feet. You will know if its feet`s gravitation points is like a rectangular. Now you know.....if the center of its mass is on the center of that rectangular, whatever the conditions.
