There was someone in class who was starring at me. He didn't know that I knew he was looking but he was starring at me for like 3 minutes straight it felt like. I think he might be gay. (Nothing against that)

What would this mean? When someone starrs at someone does that usually always mean that they are attracted to that person or what?

I can tell the difference between someone being zoned out and someone who is starring at me. This guy had a smile on his face and he had that look in his eye.

What set off his starring was when I pretended to punch a classmate sitting next to me. We were just messing around. He must of thought I was gay by the way I did it. But anyways the fact of the matter is that he was starring at me. It doesn't make any different one way or another. But I would like to know what in the world must of been going through his mind. Could he have been turned on by the possibility of me being gay?

I also want to add that while the class was gathered around the instructor (it's like a wood working class but not quite) this same guy pressed on my but cheek at least twice behind my back. I'm almost 100% positive that it was him.

Smart ***. Don't flatter yourself. "That look"? What, the gay look? Get over yourself.

People... this guy asked a legitimate question. Why do we ridicule him? Why don't we help him? Ignorance does NOT mean stupid. It means not informed. Let's INFORM him!

OK. however u want to put it if someone is staring at u, u will know. He may very well be attracted to u. Let it go. If u are NOT attracted to him don't worry... you can't "catch" Gay from him. Just be kind when he finally makes some kind of move. Be sure that he HAS an attraction for u b4 you make a mistake. If u are sure u could approach him and let him know u r NOT interested in him at all because u are straight. And remember this lesson. Remember this when u like a girl and she tells u she doesn't like u then RESPECT her and leave her alone... just the way u want this guy to leave u alone.

I think you are reading far too much into this.

First, if you were in the center of any commotion in the class, that would indicate to me that he's keeping an eye on you just because of that. He may feel if you do that in class what else will you do.

Also, sometimes people don't know they are staring at someone or that their staring is noticeable. It may be that that person resembles someone from their past (a friend, relative).

Ignore his staring or what you think might be staring. And whatever you do, don't set yourself up in class as a troublemaker of any kind (like when you punched your friend).

When someone is starring in a play or movie, they command all the attention, since they have the leading role.
People often STARE at them since they are famous.

People who do not want others to be STARING at them usually ignore the STARERS. They get tired of it eventually. Some people do it just to get attention, so if you starve them of it, they will stop.

Have I made my other point clear as well?

when someone starrs it doesn't necessarily mean that they are attracted to you. maybe you had a booger in your nose, or bad hair, or maybe he liked what you were wearing, or how you had your hair. i don't think this means anything at all. maybe he envys you and the way you look, or maybe you look a little different than most people, and he was curious.
some people are rude like this, and he may just not have any manors.
if he was not batting his eyelashes at you, i wouldn't worry about it.

It's very possible he likes you but it is just as possible for all of it to be a mere coincidence.

He's making a play for you, trying to chat you up. Go out with him. It might not be as bad as you imagine.

He wants to slip you his tube steak. Ha s nothing to do with zoning out. When I want a girl to know I want her... I stare her asss down. It's a sexy domination thing.
