Cost to Company: This is the total amount that a company spends for its employee. This includes:
Basic, D.A, HRA, E.A( Educational Allowance), Travel Allowance, Leave Travel Allowance, Leave Encashment, Bonus, PF subscription of the employer share, Cost of any housing or other accomodations provided by the employer, Cost for Vehicle provided or vehicle allowance, Any other aminities or services provided by the employer, medical premium, policy premium, medical allowance, other allowances (festival, shift, etc)performance bonus, etc.

CTC means COST TO COMPANY. That includes your basic salary, HRA, travelling allowance, medical reimbursements, PF & includes all other costs which the company incurres for you in a given month / year. The total of all theses expenses becomes your CTC.
