for the game crackdown, how do you get to the agency tower??do you have to beat the gangs or what??

im not saying what is it, im saying how do you get t o the top because i need the achievement.

You can swim out to the agency tower, or you can take the street in Los Muertos to get there that you come out of the tower on.
If your not 4 stars in agility don't even try.
Once you get 4 stars, just go for it. Find someone that can guide you up there, or just find the way yourself. It's impossible to tell you how to get up there by typing it here.

Agency tower is the Keep. It's the huge tower on the island inbetween the two islands.

the buildings all have ridges and stuff you can jump up too. they pretty much lead you all the way up. just make sure your agility is at least level 3. you can try at level 2, but it will be hard. (crackdown=GTA on steroids)
