I would get a couple of XL size shirts... cheap ones.... before the suregery and wear them for the days after the surgery. Then when you feel good enough to go out you can look for some better ones. That way you won't spend money when you're not exactly sure how the surgery will turn out.

Layne Bryant is pricey but very nice stuff & they can measure you, Fashion bug, maybe Dots' or Jc Penny teens, Dillards,Macys
Anywhere at the Mall,
I think will get you the best fit,if your are properly measured & it all depends on your frame size too, I'm a 40D & got measured for bras at L.Bryant
(there bras fit the best & you will need underwire to support that size trust me) They have the best bras ever, dont wear cheapie walmart or kmart type bras they give no support.
Most nicer stores will measure you an fit you for tops or bras.
Good luck & enjoy the attention you will be getting.
Welcome

I would say about a large or a size 38-40. my daughter in law is a 40DD and she only wears a large or XL.
Good luck with your surgery.
If you are tight on money, shop at Walmart. If you like better clothes, JC Penny's is reasonable, or Sears. If you are rich, go for Belks, Kohls, or Dillards, etc.

I would say that you should go to fushion bug on the plus womens side they have some really nice button up shirts there, then go with a small or you could try the plus sizes at your local wal-mart they have some cute stuff there also

I'm large up top, naturally though. Fashion bug seems to fit me best without being way too big everywhere else.
