Harrison - Older, but still dominant. Dude took Bailey to town a couple years ago
Brady- Hate the Pats, but he's proven he's the truth
Gore- Young stud, carried a terrible 49ers team all season
Thomas- But I hate Merriman. Thomas is dominant, and I'd hate a 'roid user on my team
Vintieri- One word; clutch. Nothin' else to it
Freeny- LIttle younger, similar players. Freeny seems like a decent guy too
Reed- Roy Williams is the most overrated player in the league, I think. He can't cover the pass worth crap.

Tom Brady- He is Mr. Clutch
Steven Jackson- Gore had a good year but I need to see it again, until then I will go with the guy I know about
Shawn Merriman- Merriman is the younger guy and his prime is yet to come, scary huh, but Thomas may have already hit his
Adam Vinatieri- He doesnt have 4 rings for nothing
Jason Taylor- Freeny isnt consistant enough

Reggie Wayne he is much younger, and at this point in his career, almost as good as harrison.
Tom Brady 3 superbowls, the guy knows how to win. why not ask brady or manning?
Steven Jackson both young but Steven gives you more power. He is a complete Back. Gore is close to being a superstar, we'll see how he does this year, but Gore is injury prone. Steven is a superstar right now.
Shawn Merriman younger, faster, and just plain better not even close. Tougher Pick would be merriman or Peppers
Vinatieri he is so clutch. Rackers missed a lot of game winning kicks last year.
Freeney just because of the age factor.
Ed Reed not even close.

Marvin Harrison-best route runner in the league right now
Tom Brady- how many rings does Drew Brees have
Steven Jackson- he has hands, but this one was actually hard for me
Adalius Thomas- I'll take a guy who can rush, tackle, and cover over a guy who just rushes
Adam Vinatieri- one word = clutch
Jason Taylor- this one was hard too, its a toss up for me
Ed Reed- I'm a huge cowboy fan, HUGE, but Ed Reed is the best safety in the game.

Reggy Wayne (Marvin's getting older)
Drew Brees (He's shown what he's capable of even after a ridiculous surgery)
Frank Gore (He's so much beastlier than Steven Jackson. Don't get me wrong, Steven Jackson's good, but its Frank Gore's 2nd YEAR! Plus he was a 3rd round pick, but he already made it to the pro bowl? C'mon, you gotta give him sum love.)
Shawn Merriman (I know that steroids thing he did was pretty stupid, but as an actual linebacker, he is way better even if he hadn't taken steroids. He's only in his second year and he already made it to the pro bowl man. He was also almost defensive player of the year if it wasn't for that stupid steroids scandal)
Adam Vinatieri (He made what, like 18 of 21 point for the colts in the NFC Championship this season? There's no more to be said.)
Jason Taylor (He's definitely getting old, and he even might be going towards retirment, but if this guy can still get defensive player of the year when he's this age, he's still a beast in my opinion. Dwight Freeny is good, but not quite as good as Jason Tayler will ever be.)
Ed Reed (Ed Reed's making a comeback especially after a injury filled year last season. HE WAS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR in 2004. C'mon, did Roy WIlliams ever get that? NO!)

Harrison - hes older than wayne but marvin is still a dominant receiver and still one of the best. wayne has yet to reach the level of an elite receiver. he is very very good, but not an elite.
Brady - theres nobody currently playing id rather have in a 2 minute drive than tom brady. he is so calm and cool in pressure situations and isnt afraid to get hit. peyton manning gets squirely when a defender is near him. brady can lead a team to the superbowl with crappy WRs. every year NE loses players, yet every year they are good.
Frank Gore - call me a homer (9er fan here) but he is the NFCs best RB. he is really hard to take down, his legs keep churning and is a homerun threat. never gives up on a play and keeps himself motivated to improve himself. works at the facility late at night, calls coach nolan after everygame to see what he can improve on. very very humble guy. jackson is great too, but i just like gore more.
Shawn Merriman - steroids or not, i think he is probably one of the best LBs in the game and he is so young still and so dominant. he is a great pass rusher and plays with a lot of heart and intensity.
Vinatieri - easily one of the best kickers of all time. he is responsible for the patriots winning a couple SBs. without him, pats might not have won. he is calm in pressure situations and a very good kicker.
Taylor - i think he is more dominant than freeney because now everybody knows freeney will do a spin move. he has become very predictable and thats why his sack totals dropped after than one crazy year a couple years back.
Ed Reed - reed is easily better, but he can basically win by default because roy williams sucks at coverage and gets lost in the backfield. reed can hit just as hard as williams can, and he can cover WRs unlike roy will.

Well ok some hard but a few are real easy
Harrison(although hard pick)
Brady(He has the rings. Doesn't have the receivers and gets the job done.)
Gore
Thomas(just to avoid the steroid man otherwise tough pick to me)
Vinatieri(He has a lot to do with WHY Brady has the rings)
Taylor
Reed(EASY pick Williams is overrated)
