His wife is Mara Jade, former Assasin for the emperor, after the emperors death she was sent to kill him but Luke showed her the true meaning of the force and she repented her dark ways and became a Jedi Knight, The soon married and had a child, Ben ( obi wan) Skywalker

I don't believe that Luke has ever had a wife or children in any of the books, as far as I know. As a Jedi, you are forbidden from marrying or having any sort of a family.
