Does anyone know if you are able to wash and dry fabric and denim after using the no sew hem tape?Or will the heat of the dryer cause it to come apart again?

no sew hem tape is find to wash but i would not use in dryer put it on the the line to dry if the weather is bad put a line up over the bath or in the shower and hang them over night

It comes off, you have to repeat the process all the time, so I just sew them, its just a lesser pain to deal with. If you don't have a sewing machine, I'm sure someone you know does or either that call a tailor, its not that expensive for a simple hem.

Using a very hot dryer and a thick fabric like denim it is very likely that it will untack in a spot or two. Why not staple it to put it through the wash?

I have used this through out the years and yes it does loosen w/washing.
sometimes the 1st time and sometimes it takes a few washings, it depends on which type of fabric you are putting it on.
but the stuff is relatively cheap so no big deal, do it over.

Man, whenever I used that stuff, it would come apart.
