can someone explain to me how to play ps1 games on my pc.?

its driving me nuts!! >_<

Get ePSXe for PC. Its pretty self explanatory.
If you can't get it to run properly, read the help file that comes with it.
If you still can't figure it out, get a PS1 off ebay and play it on the TV.
