Wait... what? is that x times 2/5(fraction)X, or (2x)/(5x) or what? if you could seperate each term like:
2
+
2
=
4
That would make it easier for me to help you.

clean up 2 – 5x = x – 10 Subtract x from both aspect: 2 - 6x = -10 Subtract 2 from both aspect: -6x = -12 Divide both aspect by technique of -6: x = 2 clean up –2(2x – 3) = –6 Distribute the -2: -4x + 6 = -6 Subtract 6 from both aspect: -4x = -12 Divide both aspect by technique of -4: x = 3 clean up P = 2w + h for h. Subtract 2w from both aspect to get h by technique of itself: P - 2w = h turn it round so h is on the left: h = P - 2w

yeah I agree with#3, is that two divided by 5x (first answer) or 2/5ths of x which we multiply both sides by 5/2 and you end up with x on one side and the answer on the other

5i
Multipyly boths sides by 5, than divide by 2 and find the spuare root of -25, which has to be an imaginary number, written as 5i, or the answer is undefined, depends on how high of math you are looking for.
Good Luck!

2/5x=-10
do you mean 2x/5, or 2/ (5x)?
2x/5=-10
5/2(2x/5)=-10(5/2)
x=-25
2/(5x)=-10
1/2(2/5x)-10(1/2)
1/5x=-5
5x(1/5x)=-5(5x)
1=-25x
-1/25=x
x=-1/25
