THE NECRONOMICAN is not a real book, it is totally fictious used extensively in Lovecraft's gothic horror stories.
The Book of the Dead is an Eygptian artifact.

ok the Book of the Dead is a book which at least dates back to Egyptian Times and possibly further back than that. It likely dates back to Early Babalonian times. Is it real? To some extent it is real in the fact that their seem to be copies of The Book of the Dead and the Necronomicon in circulation today. Most copies of each are from writers trying to drum up sales on a famous title. The real books are unlikely to be seen by anyone. It is unlikely that any true copies have survived to this day. If any have they woudl be many thousands of years old. The Bible is over 2,000 years old and has been translated many hundreds of times from its originals. Each translation leaves open the opportunity for errors. In a work of Black Magic, or any Magic for that matter, any errors would be catostrophic for the execution of the Spells inside. Even if a true copy where to survive, their are not many people who cold read it any how.

I thought that the hair care people had actually come out with a major "tell all" book on the subject of coloring hair---I could just see the posts and the uproar THAT was going to cause in here !!! Dang

Book of The Dead. It was not so much black magic or bringing back the dead as it is a book telling the Egyptions
journey to and through the Underworld. It has some really intersting Hyms to the Egyption Gods/Goddesses, prays
and the history of their religion.

i think that is thisbook was real every1 would be looking for it. it would be like one of the greatest myths like Jeases is. but to me God and that isnt real.
