I don't think that it's too good. I know people who came to my country just to get an education and then go back to india. So, i assume that it's not good in india.

Excellent and world class but you have to choose right institution at your preferred location. Due to various conditions the standards differ form place to place , and institution to institution and also it has no relation what fees you pay.
