When he's inconsiderate or insensitive. I usually just tell him. If it doesn't stop then I stop talking to him.

put-downs
raising a hand
conditional love - it should be unconditional
telling me my body isn't thin, I'm too fat, etc (I'm perfec the way I am today)
telling me to change in any way
telling me your smarter than me
These have all happened to all of us...when they happen to me - I walk away and never-ever look back. Too many men out there that do respect us and give us unconditional love and attention to settle for someone that does hurt us.

I used to be very hurt when my man would choose to work overtime rather than spend time with me, we had huge fights over it. in the end we broke up. the whole time i said he didnt love me because he didn't want to spend time with me. now i know how hurt he was by me because he was only working extra because he did love me and he wanted us to have a perfect future together.
lol so now when i am upset and angry i stop and think, why are they doing this? theres no use fighting with someone you love, if they love you back they will make the right choices on thier own you just have to trust them

Been married since "89" and haven't found one yet. ( Be smart after you're married whatever it is keep your mouth shut! This comes from years of experience!!! ).
