You need to find a temple and get blessed or find a cure disease potion.

EDIT: Hang on, unless you're like a big ubervamp now and having big dreams. I think that's the sign you're changed completely, then you have to go find the cure yourself and you are past the getting blessed in the temple part. A chapel priest will send you on a quest to cure it, it's long and icky and you may just want to restart your game if you just started.

Good luck :)

RE-EDIT: Yeah, I was right. See here for all the quest stuff: http://vnboards.ign.com/the_elder_scrolls_general_board/b22213/95946752/r95951196/

You can cure the porphyric hemophilia with a
cure disease potion, but if your a full blown
Vampire and you have drank the blood of
others and the potion doesn't work you should
speak to the chapel folks they'll tell you to go
see Raminus Polus at the Arcane University
in the imperial city. He doesn't have a cure but
tells you to go see Janus Hassildor, count of
skingrad. You'll have to speak to his steward
Hal Liurz( That's if you have followed the Mages
guild line,if not speak to Mercator Hosidus )

The count will agree to see you and tell you
about a story where his wife rejected vampirisim
and he tried to find a cure that led him to the
witches of Glenmoril and a women near the
Corbolo river the solitary home is called
Drakelowe. Fast travel to Cheydinhal and head
south, the house sits high on the river east bank.
The lone resident,Melisande tells you she's no
longer a witch but will help you with the cure if
you can bring her 5 empty Grand Soul Gems...

This Cure is from the Oblivion Official Game
Guide for Xbox 360 and PC, You'll have to
ask another question to find out where you can
find 5 empty Grand Soul Gems or you can look
for them..!!The easiest way is to join the Mages
Guild, several Mages sell empty Soul Gems..
Good Luck.! And close shut the Jaws of Oblivion!

Ha ha... be4 prepared for at least 6 hours of fun... first talk to any temple priest, then they will tell you to go to (i think the Arcane University) then off to Skingrad to talk to the count...who is a vampire... he will send you to a witch in the far east who will ask you of 3 empty grand soul gems, then after that ask you for garlic, bloodgrass, special vampire dust (forget his name), nightshade, and something else... this is a long mission and is longer because of the nature of vampirism. dont get caught in the sun, and make sure you feed... oh and this mission is worth it because once it's cured you can never get it again..... one more thing beware of a glitch when you give the witch all the ingredients she may take more than 24hrs to prepare it...and when the count gives you a reward... keep the dialoge box open and keep asking him about it (the reward) he will keep giving you more money every time:) have fun!!!!

You can reload your game to a point prior to becoming a vampire.
