Goo Gone works really well- just be careful not to get it on any other part of your wallet- If it is leather or whatever, I don't know if it will stain it or cause a problem. Just use a Q-tip and dip it in the goo gone and then rub it on the area you want to get the sticky off of- then use a damp rag to get the goo gone residue off- works fast and is very effective.
The other ootion (if the rest of the wallet could hadle it or if oyu could put it only on the plastic part is wet a towel with very very hot water, let it sit on the sticky for a couple of minutes and then the goo should wipe right off.
Baby oil might work also- rub a little oil into the goo and it might wipe off for oyu, depending on the glue- the first two options I know to be the most effective though

Most sticker residue comes off if it's rubbed with something oily. I just use vegetable oil from my cabinet, on a paper towel and rub. Then when the goo is gone, wipe again with another one.

i know it will sound weird, but try taking an orange peel, and bend it until the "oil" of the rind is present, rub onto area and let it sit for a minute, it should wipe off really easy..
