Yes they do stand in the rain.
And it rains in England a lot.
In really rainy weather, the Changing of the Guard ceremony is cancelled

yes, they will stand still in the rain. Its not true however that they will stand still if you spit in their face. They are allowed to take down threats and so it really depends how nice he's feeling. If he so chooses he could subdue you with the butt of his rifle. So yes to rain no to spitting

Yeah, unfortunately for them they stand very still.
The only time I have ever seen one move is at the changing of the guard and at London Tower, but there is only one guy there and he just marches back and forth every once and awhile.
And it is extremely rude to spit on their face! so I wouldn'e even think about trying it :)

Yes, they will stand still. They will stand still if you spit in their face. (No, I've never done that.) They're trained to not be distracted.
