what is better music to listen to reege or rap well i like both but what do u think?

Both are the shiznit but if you combine the two you get 'dancehall'. Dancehall is also tha shiznit.

My favorite dancehall artist is Buju Banton. You can also check out Beenie Man, Chaka Demus And Pliers, Shaggy, Shabba Ranks and some of Sean Paul's non-Hip-Hop recordings.

metal is the better music
but reege is best i suppose :D
