its more based on the moment than music. I've had some great times listening to "sabotage" (beastie boys) the boss (james brown) Lou Rawls, and Barry Manilow....
if you are with a person that you have genuine chemisry with it is so NOT about the music

"Principles of Lust" by Enigma. In my opinion ( and experience) a true moodsetting song! And, really the whole album is really sensual, bonus you won't be interrupted to change music!

But one of my favs. is "Take it Away" by The Used ....idk but when I hear Bert screaming into the mic and the music is just blaring, it gets me...in a happy place. lol
