So far, without a doubt it'd have to Pele.
But, right now, after spotting the current trends, and even Ronaldinho going down, it would have to be someone like Wayne Rooney or Frank lampard.
But, there are too many awesome players to name jsut two or three.

The best soccer player in the world is the one who does not pollute my TV with his presence. Keep soccer in Europe & Asia where it belongs. How did I ever get to a soccer page anyways? I was clicking on football & got to this namby/pamby thing!
