Arbonne has an excellent anti-aging line that is specifically formulated to address the after effects of sun damage and aging. Their facial serum and eye cream contain a natural lightening agent called kojic acid. It reduces the appearance of long term environmental damage such as brown spots, freckles, pregnancy masks, etc, and is great for spot treating. The eye cream is perfect to reduce dark circles and puffiness under your eyes. I would be happy to send you a sample if you would be open to giving it a try. Take a look at some of the before and after results.

the skin under your eyes is the thinnest skin on your whole face therefore being more transparent plus, there is not a lot of fat or tissue under that area making the appearance darker. There are some new products that supposedly build up skin tissue but I have yet to try any and haven't heard if they really work. Best bet is a concealer with light refractors in it to reflect the light making the area appear less dark.
good luck and if you find the mircle cure, please post.

Sometimes it's genetic. If you wear makeup, a concealer will do. I think there's some products out that work to reduce undereye circles.
