If its loud enough that it can be heard by others off over your property and they complain, it will always be to loud.

If I recall correctly, it's 10 p.m.

But that never stopped the apartment on the corner of Broadway and 40th Street!

Those loud punks keep the noise rockin till 4am. And I think they're drinking beer too.

how RUDE if it's YOU playing music so the neighbors can hear it.

neighbors have a right to peace and quality of life. TURN IT DOWN...have some respect for others happiness.
