As of right now it would be the HP iPAQ hw6900 Series Pocket PC Phone. The Intel CPU can be overclocked to do some pretty impressive things. and remember, the iPHONE is not real. It is a 1.5 million prototype they are trying to make into a real phone buy june.

Cingular 500 with 3G, not 3 gigabytes... (i dont know what that means but i read it in a magazine comparing cellphones)

all cell phones have the same power and range. If you need more range, then you need a sattelite phone like osama bin laden and his buddies use. Costs a little more, but works everywhere.
