This is a common practice among a lot of very large chains --- the premise being --- each time that the company opens a new store dang near anywhere--- all the stores in that chain go into the Grand Opening Sale mode--- it is a way in which to draw attention to the business when not much else in the way of "reasons FOR sales " is happening !!!!
