well just because the 1st name ends with an a i would rule out cora, fiona, and jenna...
I would say from your list Phoebe because i really like that name :) I also like Penelope...
Also i think a one-syllable middle name would go really well, like Kay/Kate, Jane, Wren, Mae, Jen, etc.

Of those, I like Brooke the best. Anything that ends with an "a" sounds kind of strange because of the "a" at the end of Amelia.I think Nicole, Jennifer, Lynnette, Juliette, Azrael, or Jean sound nice with Amelia. That is a beautiful name.
