It depends on the maturity level of both. Legally in most states, you can't do anything or else the 20 year old goes to jail.
However, most 16 year olds aren't mature enough to date a 20 year old.
Also, if he is in a position of authority, like a teacher, then he could get fired over it.

im in the same position as you. im 16, my boyfriend is 20. i dont think its wrong. as long as your parents know and the age of consent in your state is 16
