Hated high school
Loved College.

I went to a small highschool where I simply didn't fit into the social order. College had so many more people to choose from. In groups and classes I met some of the best, "real" loyal, friends who I could talk and think with, or just hang out and do nothing.

Classes with real learning on subjects you were (mostly) interested in were an excellent improvement too. My hometown had very limited choices and sports not learning was the focus.

I personally liked high school well enough, for the most part.

But college was lots better on every level. I had more fun, more freedom and more personal responsibility. Especially after the first semester or two, you'll find yourself taking classes that genuinely interest you -- if you've picked your major right. So classwork is less tedious than highschool classwork. College is really one of the best times of your life, so if you're headed there, I hope you enjoy it.

I HATED high school. It got to the point where I would come up with every excuse possible not to attend. And the reason was because I was forced to take classes that were not in my interest at all. I was forced to read books that I didn't care about. And I was forced to memorize all this useless information. But when I got to college, I was able to choose my major, pick the classes I wanted, write papers on subjects I chose, and best of all, I picked the days and times I wanted to go to school.

College is better because you get to pick your classes...ones that interest you. Plus, you have the added bonus of living your own life and being your own person...that means all the responibilites that go along with that too.

I hated them both, but I went to school in my hometown, so there was little seperation from the "world" that I was used to.
