First, stop worrying about the orange box under your name. It's not important and only means that come the revolution, you'll be one of the first to go.

Next, take a nice warm shower, drink a glass of milk (better yet, eat some ice cream), and go to bed. Close your eyes and concentrate on picturing a blank, white movie screen.

If you're still awake after 45 minutes, come back here and do answers until you're ready to fall over. Then go back to bed and zonk out.
